Return Policy

We will accept returns and provide full refund under the following conditions:

  1. Online orders cannot be returned and refunded in-store. Please see in-store exchange policy.
  2. Purchase was made at www.crocs.com.sg
  3. Items are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Items without all original hangtags attached will not be eligible for return or in-store exchange.
  4. Items are returned to us within 45 days of purchase.



Return Instructions

To return your product, you will need to initiate a RETURN process within 45 days of your order date.

Step 1: Fill in 'Order Number' & 'Email Address' (of shipping addressee)

We could not find the Order. Please try again.

Step 2: Mail the shoes back to:

Note: Return shipping is non-refundable. Please allow 2 weeks processing time. Crocs retail stores do not accept any returns of purchases made online. Retail stores do accept exchanges. Check Exchanges page for details.
